Meet Rachel
I help individuals align their work with their core values — through a more holistic approach to career guidance.

My story
From box-ticking to alignment
My journey to founding this business began when I realised I had spent years building a career based on external expectations rather than what I actually wanted. Starting out I had no idea what I wanted to do and felt overwhelmed by the choices available. I never felt drawn to traditional job roles that I would see in career directories and did lots of research into alternative careers but never quite found the right fit. So I got started by working in large city corporations, checking all the traditional boxes of success and still finding I was left wanting more.
But I kept researching and trying different roles and employers on for size, giving me a great basis for my work today. However for years I separated my professional self from my personal self until I realised that true career fulfilment requires a more holistic approach. So I took the leap and moved to the South West of England where I slowly started learning to trust my intuition, which in turn helped to open up work I found more fulfilling. Today I combine my extensive professional background as a Careers Consultant with my roots in wellbeing and outdoor environments to help others find fulfilment in their careers.
